I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! Our scaled back celebration was very nice and it was good to spend quality time with family and friends. Even though I enjoy traditional Thanksgiving food, I’ve never been one to go back for multiple helpings, stuff myself, etc. (It’s not a macaroni and cheese or pizza feast, after all.) However, I know there are lots of people out there right now who might appreciate some lighter fare to balance out the indulgences we enjoy throughout the holiday season.
